Based on Knegels rp2.2 for B-24, i added all defensive armament to the skin.

P-38H.FLT & planes.dat
Based on a brand new version of a realistic B-24 FM/DM from Knegel i did some
re-work on:

1.Gun datas (Joystick control for nose gunner)
2.Added all defensive gunners to the FM
   They will show up their skills under attack!
3.Aircraft type (variable bomber sound according throttle position)
4.Resizing plane view within the loadout selection screen
5.All other flt files out of Knegel's OAWrp2.2 to get realistic
   relationship between the slots.
6.Created new realistic loadout.dat for bomb loads between 10'000 and 12'000 pounds
7.Adjustments of view angle for probably added bombsight and pilot (-;
8.Corrected damaged engine smoke position for the 2 engine
   model to get correct smoke on the damaged engines.

   NOTE:
   Because we are flying always a two engine FM/DM
   (coded limitation in the eaw.exe) i have only
   assigned the inner engines # 2 & 3 to show up smoke
   under damaged condition.
   There is no possibility at the moment to fly a
   quad engined plane with full functionality
   of engine sound change, external view of plane
   on the arming board without small propeller glitch and
   proper functionality of rpm meters in the cockpit.
   Therefore you will see only smoke trails coming
   out of engine 2 & 3.

9.Added a correction to the radiotext.str to show up
  proper damaged engines.
